New Year's Eve is tomorrow night! You know I had to dedicate a Thirsty Thursday to such an event. I will keep it classically "New Year's" with a champagne cocktail. After all, you have to have champagne (or sparkling cider/grape juice) at midnight, right? Of course, right!
This is laughably simple:
The Midnight Millionaire
* 1 oz. Vodka (use something good)
* Champagne (again, use something good, it's New Year's after all!)
* Raspberry garnish
Pour the vodka into a champagne flute. Fill with champagne, and garnish with raspberry.
Simple. Splendid. Salutations!
